What to look forward to

Based at a 5-star hotel on the North Coast of Durban, you’ll play 5 rounds of golf over 7 days. You’ll experience South Africa’s finest courses, accompanied by our PGA Golf Pro, Micky Hough. You’ll also have the option to add on additional 1-to-1 coaching or a personal club fitting session with Titleist South Africa. We pride ourselves on our personal touches. From your custom-fitted sports hamper to your own decadent snack box, we know you’ll have plenty of experiences to share when you return home.

Our 5-star award-winning beach hotel offers everything you could wish for and a dedicated team offering a world-class service. Enjoy a multitude of dining options, including their famous curry feast, or indulge in their award-winning spa amid tropical gardens.

The first round we play is at Durban's historic home of golf, the Durban Country Club. The following day we tackle the Woods Course at Mount Edgecombe Country Club. Both courses are South African icons in their own right.

If you’d rather hit the driving range than the pool, then we’re ready to hone your skills with you. Tugela Tours prides itself on offering our guests access to their own personal PGA Golf Pro, Micky Hough. We want you to feel that you’ve not only played the best golf courses in South Africa, but that you’ve played them to your full potential. We offer custom club fittings and private lessons at an affordable additional cost.

After a well-earned rest, we take a short trip up the coast to take on three courses that couldn't be more different. First, it’s the rolling fairways of the Zimbali Country Club. The very next day we enjoy the sharp ups and downs of Simbithi Country Club's 18 holes. Our last day will be spent at Prince’s Grant Golf Estate.
